Untarnished Seal provides a held Guard that spends Guard Energy and slows movement while active. Precise timing converts the block into a Perfect Guard that costs no energy and adds Break damage.

Guard and Perfect Guard
Holding Guard uses the equipped weapon defensively, consumes Guard Energy, and reduces movement speed. Emptying the resource exhausts the character and causes a stun.
Timing the input immediately before impact produces a Perfect Guard. This version does not consume Guard Energy and contributes Break damage toward a Riposte.
How to obtain Untarnished Seal
The Seal is awarded during the Prologue encounter with the Undermether after the player equips Harros the Vassal's Shell.
